Program I — Disciple on Mission Track
Global Discipleship Initiative (GDI)
The Global Discipleship Initiative is RMI’s flagship “Disciple on Mission” program track — a structured, Scripture-rooted pathway for individuals who are ready to move from belief to full apprenticeship to Jesus Christ. GDI is built on the three-movement framework of the Radiant Life: Reconciled, Restored, Replicated.
Participants engage in one-on-one and small group discipleship, working through key theological foundations including Christ-centered identity, lifelong surrender, and the call to multiply disciples. The program is delivered in both English and Spanish, reflecting RMI’s bilingual mission calling to serve communities across the United States, Latin America, and beyond.
Who it serves: Individuals at any stage of their faith journey — new believers, those returning to faith, and mature disciples ready to multiply. Available in-person and online.

Program II — Disciple on Mission Track
Radiant University
Radiant University is RMI’s teaching and leadership development arm. Rooted in the conviction that God’s Word is the foundation for all healing, leadership, and replication, Radiant University offers structured biblical teaching series, leadership training, and ministry formation content — integrating evidence-based curriculum with deep theological grounding.
Teaching content is delivered through multi-session series anchored in key biblical texts, with engagement in original languages and historical context. Radiant University equips disciples not merely to receive the Word, but to teach, apply, and multiply it in their communities. Content is available in English and Spanish.
Who it serves: Disciples called to teach, lead, preach, or plant — and anyone who wants to go deeper into Scripture and ministry formation. Available in-person and online.

Program III — Disciple on Mission Track
Recovery & Healing Ministry
Recovery is not a detour from discipleship — it is discipleship in action. RMI’s Recovery & Healing Ministry integrates faith-based mental health support and substance use recovery education within a biblically grounded discipleship framework. We pursue healing as holiness.
Through community-based support, accountability partnerships, small groups, and evidence-based curriculum, participants are walked through a process of reclaiming what sin, trauma, and shame have stolen. Every person who has been through their own healing journey is uniquely qualified to walk alongside others in theirs. Programming is available in English and Spanish.
Who it serves: Individuals and families walking through addiction recovery, grief, trauma, broken relationships, shame, and spiritual crisis — and those called to walk alongside them. Available in-person and online.
