Cecilia founded RMI Radiant Ministries International and currently serves as Executive Director, providing day-to-day leadership of programs, partnerships, and ministry direction in accordance with the Organization’s bylaws and the oversight of the Board of Directors.

- Strategic oversight of mission, vision, and major programs
- Fiduciary responsibility, budget approval, and financial reporting
- Adoption of governance policies including conflict of interest and non-discrimination
- Compliance oversight with federal and state law and IRS regulations
- Annual board self-evaluation of governance effectiveness

Article VI — governs disclosure and management of director, officer, and committee member conflicts.
Document Retention Policy
Article X, Section 5 — governs retention and destruction of organizational records per IRS guidelines.

Article XI, Section 5 — prohibits discrimination in programs, activities, and employment.
Indemnification Policy
Article VI — protects directors and officers acting in good faith on the Organization’s behalf.
